My {New}, Old Hutch

HI there!
I have missed this part of my life!
I have just recently crawled out from under a rather large canvas book....
Actually I have been finished with that since last Saturday and have been trying to recuperate so I can push onward to the next play, Phantom of the Opera.
This is my favorite of all of Natalie's plays; the music is absolutely amazing, the story is beautiful and the message is so true. I am thrilled to be working on it.
But today, I took a little me time.
I went shopping and it was grand! I did find a new dress for an upcoming wedding... and then I came home and did a little cleaning. I think I can begin to see a home under the mess. As part of that I decided to finish the hutch I started back in Feb!
I finished painting it and ordered some gorgeous knobs...but when they arrived they didn't fit!
So, I just decided to paint the old ones and they turned out so cute!
The hutch is special to me, it was my Grandmother Pearl's, It was given to me when she died.
I needed a small piece to put in my dining room. I have a little alcove and depression glass that needed a home....

Here is the before:

I almost forgot to take a before...

and here is the after:

Cute knobs and just a touch distressed

It fits perfectly and I love the look of the depression glass on it!
The color is a white with  just a touch of grey.

Just the perfect size....

Playing with my camera...

I digress...

Need to go to bed!
I am going to start work on the next sets tomorrow, but the end of April, it will all be a memory and I hope and pray a wonderful one!
Goodnight!

  6. Twitter followers can even help an attorney land clients in an extremely unique situation where they cannot otherwise reach out to these people.
